Shipping and Return Policy


We sincerely appreciate your business and it is our job to make sure you are completely

satisfied with your orders. Before placing an order, researching a particular product is always

a good idea to make sure what item(s) you order will satisfy your needs.

All returns MUST be initiated, or claimedwithin 30 days after receiving the item.Please keep in mind that certain items may get scratched while being shipped.If merchandise is scratched in such a way where you are not please and would like an exchange,please take a photo and email it to us and our customer servicewill review thedamage fortheconclusion of replacement. All products must be returned in their original boxing withall manuals and so forth. Please call us immediately if you have anyissueswith your item(s)and we willresolve the problem in the most convenientpossiblemanner.

Heavy freight items, such as bumpers, can show up with some very minor marks. Due to the heavy nature of these items, certain small marks and scuffs may not constitute a return, or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it and we will gladly give you arefund, orcredit to be puttoward something else that fits your needs.If merchandise is returned against our return standards, the item(s) will be returned back to the

purchaser at their own expense.

Please Note: Some items may require a 20% restocking fee.


Raptor Addict strives to make sure all items are shipped and delivered unharmed and in the most convenient times possible.It is our main focus to ship products out by next day after orders have been place. There are many products that need to be crafted and built by order, which will be notified on the product pages that require so. If a product is back-ordered, we will notify you ASAP. In the case an order is back-ordered, we will always honor our customers with their decisions whether they want to keep their order going, cancel and use funds as a credit, or request for a full refund.

The shipping of items are determined by product and size. Smaller items are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Freight items are shipped by select freight companies depending on time and rates.

Please Note: Free Shipping on heavy freight items are offered ONLY to a business, or commercial address. If delivered to a residential address of any kind, extra freight charges may apply. (Home based businesses are no exceptions).

If a packageis delivered badly damaged, it is up to you to reject the package if you think there is damage to the product(s)inside.Your package will be sent back to the address of origin and evaluated. During the return process, we will have another new package on the way to you. (In the event of an item that is built to order, a waiting process for the product to be completed may arise).

Once items are shipped, we will always email you updates with shipping status with tracking numbers, or PRO numbers (for freight only). Tracking and PRO numbers can take up to 1-2 days to show actual status depending on the carrier.
